• Delivery:
  Delivery is available across Bangladesh. Shipping costs and timelines will be communicated during the order process. LED SIGN BD LTD is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

4. Customization

• Design Approval:
  Customers must approve the final design before production. Once approved, no further changes can be made.
• Responsibility for Content:
  The customer is responsible for ensuring that any text, images, or graphics provided for customization do not infringe on copyright or violate any laws. LED SIGN BD LTD will not be held liable for unauthorized use of content.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which can be found here. Customized products, including signboards and nameplates, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting images or videos.
